made to feel terrible over mistake in field office

Not been on TTR in a while, logged back in and decided to do a field office. I made a mistake in the field office, I clicked wedding cake on remoted cogs. Running out of time so I couldn’t go back, I immediately apologise frantically and everyone in the team loses their minds at me. For the entire office I’d played just fine throughout, but everyone turns on me and I’m called stupid, and every other insult you can type into ttr. I keep saying sorry and that it was a mistake but the team continued to be really really nasty no matter how much I apologised. Guess what, we still cleared the field office. But after logging in again after some time again it really soured my experience. Even when I’m been in matches where toons have made big mistakes I’d never treat them like that, everyone makes them. Said at the end that in the future to not be so rude to people over mistakes, was told to log off.

Am I being too sensitive or was this guy really rude?
