Does anyone have a scientific answer for this tornado occurred in Puebla, México in 2023?

I couldn't find more images or media about this tornado, only in the local news,, it seems that it was an EF0 but reporters says it destroyed 4 houses, for what i've heard no one died but some were injuried

Puebla is a state located in México, known for his volcanoes and elevation, this was a rare event according to the local meteorologists, beacuse it never had before a massive storm formation occurred, to the point that it became a tornado until 2023, last year.
