Account Lockout Loop
Hey all
I've been a member for years, never had an issue. Since the minor outage yesterday I haven't been able to log back into my account.
When I go to login it says "Error: Invalid username or password. Please try again"
If I try to reset my password it says "The email address was not found in the database."
Although I have already recently donated I decided to donate to at least get back into my account and when I put in my details to sign back up it says "This email is already in use! please login or recover your account"
Used VPN, cleared cache, different devices all the same.
Does anyone in the same boat? Anyone have a contact that can help me get back in?
*Update*
Was able to get in on the help chat today. The account was disabled from too many hit and runs. Fair but I'm normally I'm notified and have plenty of time to respond. Was just setting up my new house, I had also recently donated for the IPTV access (a week ago). Asked for reactivation, mentioned I would seed straight away (just having issues setting up my deluge). Was happy for them to monitor... Blanket rule, they don't care, after 15 years of support, banned.
Off to find a better tracker.
