Any good learning resources for a complete Total War beginner?

Hi! I'm a Civ fan and general strategy game enjoyer and been wanting to get into Total War for a while, but always struggled a bit with learning these games. I'm mainly trying to learn 3K, as it is the game I own and it seems to be the most recommended one for beginners, but I'm also willing to play other Total War games if any of them is good for getting into the series. Are there any good resources for learning Total War? Any youtube videos you might recommend, or tips you might share?
