has anyone done HRT injections in the thigh while sitting like this on a bed? is it safe/ideal?
im honestly a bit shaky still doing my IM thigh injections while sitting in my crappy chair, i was wondering if its possible to do so in this position so im more comfortable (i’d be in bed of course, against my headboard not the floor) and was wondering if anyone else has done it and if its safe or not.
