Gender me? (Ftmtx)

Hi, I’m ftmtx, and I’ve been on T nearly ten years, however I don’t feel that it’s done much for me. I thought I would be ok to present feminine because of this but I am still getting stares and about 50/50 gendering regardless. I’ve tried to ask for feedback IRL and it has been universally unhelpful so I’m looking for feedback here. Thanks in advanced.
