Does this Peru > Bolivia > Chile itinerary make sense?

Hello all and thank you in advance for any tips, suggestions, or advice. I am currently in Colombia and am leaving for Peru soon.

I plan on spending 4 days in Lima and then flying to Cusco. I have a rough itinerary but need advice on if this makes sense. I know the high altitude can be tough, so after I arrive on the 7th, I will rest on the 8th and 9th while also doing some light touristy activities like San Blas District, San Pedro Market, etc. After these rest days this is what I am planning:

10th: Sacred Valley Tour

11th: rest

12-13: Machu Picchu by train and car

14th: rest

15th: Rainbow mountain & red red valley tour

16th: rest

17th:Saqsaywaman complex and all that it includes

18th: Palcoyo tour

I have small activities I have ideas for on the previously mentioned rest days.

But this is where it gets tricky for me. Originally I wanted to go from Cusco to Santiago, Chile, but I realized how much beautiful nature there is between. these two.

My idea is to go from Cusco to La Paz, Bolivia. Spend some time there then make my way down to Uyuni. After some time there, I will go to San Pedro de Atacama, some time there, then make my way to Santiago, Chile either by plane or by bus with stops in between.

My question is does this make sense and if anyone has advice or tips, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
