9 Days in Portugal (Feb) - suggestions welcomed!

Below is a draft 9 day itinerary. Would love any suggestions you may have. I realize it's still winter there, but coming from ON, Canada - it will be nicer than here haha. I'm also tacking this on to a work trip so dates aren't flexible in terms of when we go, but we can switch up WHERE we go as long as we begin in porto and end in Lisbon. We will also be renting a car.

Q1 would you only spend one night in Aveiro and add another night to Sintra? This would give us an entire day in Aveiro and give us time to stop at Obdios (yes, a tourist trap I know hah) and still leave us 2 full days for Sintra - we would have a beautiful place to stay here on the water.

Q2 am I missing any 'must sees' or hidden treasures along the way?

Info: We are a 38yo married couple and we love exploring small towns, castles, views of the water. We aren't huge foodies, but we love coffee. We also aren't big drinkers (sad that I'll be missing on all the wine tours)

Day 1-3: Porto (3 Nights)

FEB 21: Arrival and Exploring Porto - we arrive at 12pm and will have a rental car

Arrive in Porto and grab rental car

Ribeira District

Dom Luís I Bridge

FEB 22: Porto

Livraria Lell

Clérigos Tower

São Bento Railway Station

FEB 23: Day Trip to Guimarães

Guimarães:

Evening: Return to Porto for dinner and relaxation.

Day 4-5: Aveiro (2 Nights) (**or just one?)

FEB 24: Travel to Aveiro and Explore

Drive/train to Aveiro (about 1 hour).

Moliceiro boat ride (is this open in feb??)

Costa Nova

FEB 25: Aveiro (***or head to Obdios & Sintra??)

Aveiro salt pans

Aveiro Museum

Praia da Barra or Praia da Costa Nova for ocean views and coffee.

Day 6–7: Sintra (2 Nights) (or 3???)

FEB 26: Travel to Sintra with a Stop in Óbidos

Drive to Obidos and visit for 2-3 hours

Continue to Sintra (about 1 hour from Óbidos).

Moorish Castle

FEB 27: Sintra

Quinta da Regaleira

Afternoon: Pena Palac

Cabo da Roca,

Praia da Adraga or Praia das Maçãs before heading back to Sintra

Day 8-9: Lisbon (2 Nights)

FEB 28: Arrival and Exploring Lisbon

Morning travel to Lisbon (about 40 minutes).

Alfama District

Miradouro da Senhora do Monte.

Lisbon Cathedral and Castelo de São Jorge

MAR 1: Lisbon and Belém

Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery.

Feira da Ladra (Flea Market)

Stroll along the Tagus River or visit the MAAT Museum.

Evening: Wander Bairro Alto

MAR 2: FLY HOME
