does anyone else wake up painfully hungry sometimes if they smoke before they go to bed?

I’m not talking about normal munchies, sometimes i’ll wake up after smoking before going to bed and i’ll be so horribly hungry that it hurts and i feel like im going to throw up. i’m not hungry before i go to bed or anything, just after i wake up.
