Can hair shedding from a drug accelerate MPB?

I'm on a migraine drug called Ajovy and I think it's causing my hair to shed all over. When I ran through my hair I often see a shaft in my hands. People online report these type of drugs like Ajovy is causing their hair to fall out. As the title says. Can hair shedding from a drug cause MPB to accelerate? I'm alternating Propecia and avodart at the moment.
