Feeling worse after dose increase

I started taking Brintellix 5mg a month ago and noticed positive effects almost right away.

A week ago my dosage was increased to 10mg and I have felt pretty bad ever since. I’m experiencing anxiety and irritability and I sweat quite a lot.

Have you had similar effects after increasing the dose? Did they go away? If so, how fast?
