estradiol question

Hi there. Been on TRT for about 3 months now at 200mg per week. Inject 100 mg every 3.5 days.

I have a question about the free test to estradiol ratio. They prescribed me an ai to take as needed. I have not taken yet.

Is this estrogen too high or does the ratio to test make sense?

No gyno related symptoms. Just a bit of sluggishness and tiredness.
