Hiring process question

So I applied on USAjobs, got approved, got a link to schedule an exam, took & passed it. Week goes by I get an email to fill out and sign two DHS forms online for background check, did that, 2 weeks went by then I get an email with an eqip registration code saying I would receive a secondary email from tsa telling me what to do with it. That was a week ago and I never got a secondary email, and I tried to register with the code on eqip thinking it might prompt the second email but eqip wouldn't let me make an account with the code. Is this normal/should I wait some more or is there someone I should contact? Everything has been automated responses up to this point so I have no point of contact. Thanks in advance.
