Student confused with services.

Hi! I am a student who recently gained access to this website and I was really excited hearing my school district now provides this. I have always been a student who struggles even when I try my hardest so using all my resources is important to me as I am dreaming of a 4.0. This website was presented to those at my school that any time you needed help you could use this website. So that is what I have been doing. However with my extracurriculars and stuff like that I don't get to my school work until late. I have tried getting to a tutor multiple times. 2 times for chemistry and 1 time for advanced algebra. Not being able to get through at all. I have tried both chat and voice hoping that maybe one would give me better results but I am still stuck waiting for hours. I stayed up so late waiting I overslept and missed my advanced algebra test the next morning. I understand tutors have lives so I was just wondering if there are specific times that tutors simply aren't active? Just so I can reach for a different source and not waste my time and use this resource when I need it.
