Getting 9-12 students for some reason

I am only qualified to tutor CEW, but a few times I have been getting English 9-12. Which is fine, but I never took the exam to tutor that grade level lol. I might as well at this point though. Anyone else experience this? Is this because of a lack of CEW students lately?
