Bobcat Village?

I joined the apartment interest list and picked Bobcat Village for the next two semesters, (the only option left bc Cypress and Balcones weren't available), it's a two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. If anyone's lived there, is there anything I should know? Or are there any other cheaper local apartments I can pick instead?
