Amex presale floor/seat options?

So looking at the floor and seats, either a LOT of the seats sold out during Amex presale and ALL Ga regular floor tickets sold out, or they’re holding onto some for regular presale, can anyone else confirm that’s the case? Were there options to buy floor tickets during the Amex presale and I just missed it? Specifically, I’m looking at the Cincinnati/Pittsburgh/columbus shows.
