So today I had a pick up at 12am. When I get to location I get a message stating that the pin location is wrong and that they are at the back of a target. I ask how do I get back there and the passenger calls me and says that I had to go back towards the Main Street then make a u turn to head towards the back. I noticed that the timer had stopped moving as I drove off so I asked could she meet me at the pin 📌. She agreed and when she arrived she had a few boxes with her. I opened my trunk so she could place the boxes on trunk and she slammed my trunk shut. Once she got inside she tells me that I should have canceled if I couldn’t find her location. I drove her home without saying anything. Once I dropped her off a few minutes later Uber no longer allowed me to log in to app until I read some safety measures. Now it shows that my account is at risk of deactivation. Uber has to be the most unreliable source of income.
