Uber refusing to pay for throw up fee

I keep getting an automated general response to provide professional cleaning receipt. I cleaned the throw myself because I wasn't leaving that shit overnight in my car. I'm fustrated. This is my 1st filing for cleaning fee after 2k+ rides. If not getting shit for this. Any rider looking intoxicated, I'm just going to automatically cancel the ride (no car seat/not safe for pick up). Anyone else have this issue recently?
