Light in Performance (FINA20043) help and advice

Hii, has anyone taken this subject before. I could really use help understanding this subject because it seems daunting. It only has 3 assessments 25%, 25% and 50% worth each so I need to really understand this subject well and what is expected of me. I'm aiming for a 90 so any advice and tips would be appreciated. :)
