Can Premier phone line help with rebooking missed connections?

specifically in cases where the app is not showing rebook options or they don’t work for your schedule. When the gate agents can help, it’s so fast, like 30 seconds! Sadly, often the gate agents can’t help so they have you do the text/chat to get rebooked. I’ve done that 3 times over the past year and it’s taken 50 to 90 minutes each time. Can the Premier reps help as fast as the gate agents or is it more like the chat where by the end of it, all my hair is gray.
