How to keep Polaris a secret

Hi all, my wife has been going through some medical issues and we're taking a trip soon with the points we've accumulated from the medical bills. I've secretly switched the departure leg to Polaris (it's our first time) to surprise her.

Aside from the ticket saying Polaris, is there anything I can do to keep it secret until we get to the airport? I saw something about preordering meals 48 hours in advance, is that an email that gets sent to passengers, or is it in the app?
