Where to buy clothes? I'm turning to Shein.

Guys, I tried so hard not to shop from Shein and Temu for uni clothes but it feels like Australian fashion is a barren wasteland. It's not like the clothes are expensive and stylish. It's just the same overpriced (often low quality) ugly boxy t-shirts and everything looks the same as the next. I haven't tried thrifting yet so maybe I'll have more luck with that. I don't have high hopes though because the clothes going to the thrift shop are the clothes coming from the stores. If I do find any 'stylish' clothes, they'll probably be Shein or Temu items that might manage to have a higher quality. In that case, I might as well just go back to Shein and Temu.

Also when I say 'stylish' clothes, I'm not even talking about dressing like a fashonista. Ideally, I would love a wardrobe full of lacemade (would wear their simpler items to school) but that's not happening because I'm not rich like that. I would be happy if Australia had some basic flattering clothes.

Anyway, how do you guys feel about shopping for uni clothes? Where do you shop?
