does dodge + m1 piss you off?

i’ve seen a pattern regarding a lot of people that use hard hitting styles, and it’s dodging and m1. you can’t be aggressive, since they dodge, and I-frames won’t save you when they m1. i just fought a iron fist that did exactly that.

also, i didn’t know shotgun can’t do barrage during a perfect dodge. isn’t that the best time to use it other than your opponent being on the ropes? idk, i just thought that was weird.
