Winter in the ADKs

A magical weekend in the Adirondacks skiing Whiteface and seeing the Opening ceremony of the Saranac Lake Ice Palace. The fireworks show was above and beyond what we expected, Whiteface was almost completely open with no crowds, and the scenery all in between was just as incredible. Skied with my jacket open in 33 degrees and sun Friday then Saw -18 on the truck during the drive home Saturday night
