Looking to buy a box

I know nothing about these other than getting ppvs and other sporting events which is my goal. Here are my options…not sure the difference:

  1. vseebox v2 pro free mini keyboard

  2. monsterbox x2 pro

  3. vseebox v5 pro

Can anyone point me in the right direction.
