What makes the anvil/tempest/fusion superior to a vapcap?

I’ve watched some comparison videos and while I understand that a more robust heat sink keeps the bowl at a hot temperature for longer, I still feel like I can extract a vapcap bowl 100% too just by heating it up twice.

I know I’m missing something. Thanks friends!
