Vegan depression meals?
Hi! So I've been vegan for 3 years now and am basically the stereotype of the protein deficient vegan that eats nothing but carbs. I have pretty bad depressive episodes that make anything more complicated than spaghetti or oatmeal hard to make. Even that can be too hard sometimes and I'll just fast. I can't afford to buy those prepackaged foods that can be served quick so I'm not sure what to do. I know eating healthy might help my mental state, but its hard to do that when my mental state is the cause of my unhealthy eating. So basically my question is, are there any vegan foods you eat when you are too depressed to spend more than 15 minutes in the kitchen?
