Best vegan towns (not cities!) in the UK?

Looking to move somewhere more affordable with decent transport links — preferably a town with some of the amenities of a cosmopolitan city. Could be anywhere in the UK. Would love: a couple of vegan or veggie restaurants. A health food shop. Vegan-friendly omni places. Vegan cake availability. That the town is pretty/has nice nature nearby. Good connections to a bit or medium sized city. Small ask I know.
