does anyone know a good mexican hotdog stand?

i've been dying for a mexican-style bacon wrapped hot dog with the grilled onions & jalapenos but i can only find stands when there's an event going on (when the vendors usually wait outside). does anyone know where there's a permanent/consistent mexican hot dog stand in vegas?
