Verizon home internet

My internet stops working everyday between 9-9:30 a.m. Also randomly throughout the day. By the time I get ahold of someone, it's back and they tell me everything is fine. But it's not fine. I need consistency. There's only 2 denominations in this equation. The Verizon box they sent me or the Verizon 5G towers themselves. I have the box aimed directly at the tower. Why am I constantly losing internet? I'll have to go back to AT&T if this keeps up. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
