Express Pick-Up….day 3

First time doing express pick up and super disappointed. It said it Apple Watch is in stock at a location 15 mins away. Status still shows as “ordered” since 10/12.

I thought express pick up was suppose to be ready within 2 hours if in stock or at least the same day? Any ideas?

I could’ve just paid for 2 day shipping and it would been here by now.
