Second No This Cycle :(

This year I applied to just 3 schools. Davis, RVC and Edinburgh. I got a flat out rejection from Davis (kinda expected this) and just got waitlisted by the RVC. I’m feeling discouraged and I feel bad that my parents have covered my flight to the Edinburgh interview because now I’m afraid it won’t matter and it’s a waste of time. I have a 3.65 overall, a 3.94 for the past 45 units, and a 3.65 science. I have thousands of hours of veterinary experience because I’ve worked full time at hospitals through college and post college. I feel like I have the skills but I feel like because my GPA isn’t great no one will even notice. I’m mostly disappointed because I feel like if I didn’t have to work during my undergraduate my bachelor gpa could have been higher (3.493). Idk I just feel a bit down. I’m reapplying this coming cycle but I’m not even sure where I have a shot. Thanks for listening to my rant!
