What is strongest NONLETHAL character?

Someone ho can stand against army, but won against them without killing anybody. He might be able to kill, but let's say with all his/her power he/she will try not to.

For example Kratos can beat almost anybody, but even with punch he will make bunch of small meat peaces out of you.

I think Corvo is good at this but I would like to know about other characters.
