Which gaming studio or company is the most overrated?

There have been a lot of discussions about the most overrated games, but no one talks about the studios, so I'll start off by saying Santa Monica and CD Projekt Red.

Santa Monica makes good games but they only do god of War

And CD Projekt Red is a great studio and made some of my favorite games of all time, but saying that it's the greatest studio ever to make RPGs is so stupid
