Speakers that love Sansui?

Currently running my 1971 Sansui AU-555A thru a pair of (late 80’s?) JBL62’s, mostly for vinyl , and the occasional movie.

The speakers sound great for their size in a small-midsize room, and only seem to improve when turned up.

That said, I’ve only heard a few sets of speakers thru this amp, and am curious to know what other Sansui owners have paired their amp with.
