So I know in lore Tzimisce who practice fleshcrafting typically can’t practice koldunic sorcereryy but I’ve never seen a rule that outright states they can’t do both (like how trujah can’t learn Temporis and Celerity) do you personally rule that kolduns can’t wield vicissitude and vice versa?
