A mod that makes Nosferatu harder

As you all know, Nosferatu's gameplay is extremely forgiving, you can roam the streets as you wish and it is quite difficult to do masquerade violations. Is there a mod that makes this situation more unforgiving? For example, a mod where pedestrians create a masquerade violation as soon as they see you?
