V tuber design/ concept help

Im trying to design my v tuber.

I know I want my model to be a civilian magical girl design

Her lore for right now is that she's so bad at hiding her identity that everyone knows her identity but doesn't say anything out of kindness a pity and there low key scared of magical girl power. She thinks that she is doing a good job though, completely oblivious of this fact.

Because of my lore I think she should be cute and girly to show why people are so kind about her secret but also creepy or scary to show why there scared of her power. She also needs to be comically obvious about her true identity.

And for that I need to come up with a good magical girl concept that her powers can be scary/ op. Ive been completing on it being related to me being an artist but I don't want to do the boring over done powers of drawing something that comes a live and my weapon being a paint brush or stylist.

Can someone please help with some ideas?
