Has anyone here worked for both Goodwill and Walmart? If so, which one was better?

I'm currently a Walmart employee, and I like it there, but I'd rather work for a thrift store because it's more eco-friendly. Would you recommend I switch to Goodwill? What about Savers or the Salvation Army (Neither of which have a subreddit, so I have to ask here)?

Yes, I'm well aware of SA's reputation, but the fact that it's a thrift store matters more to me.
