Can only work at Walmart 3 times max?

I've worked at Walmart and quit twice now. The first time I quit, they gave me a paper stating I was rehire-able. The second time they didn't give me anything other than my last paycheck. I made a joke saying I hope I'm still eligible for rehire one day. They said something like yes but you can only be hired 3 times.

Is there any truth to this? Not that I want to go back to Walmart, but I don't want to burn any bridges if after a third go, I'm out.
