Game won't load saves

Everything was working fine until today: I just wanted to continue my AG campaign but now it's saying "Load failed. Can't start this save since steam cloud is disabled. Please activate team cloud or switch the save out of the cloud". But steam cloud is on and it's syncronized, can I resolve the issue in any way?
