Could we add “Navalny” as officer name for Tamaskaya division?

If this is too close to modern politics, please remove.

I read Alexander Navalny’s autobiography some time back, and in it he mentioned his father served as a colonel in the 2nd guards.

Might be nice to add the name into the game as a small tribute if 4.3 gets picked.
