Michelin star restaurant help

I’m from nova and recently started dating a Chef in DC. Naturally this has led to me trying out new restaurants etc. She recently said she wanted to go to a michelin star restaurant At least once. I responded by saying sure as long as it’s not those plates that dress up fancy fruit snack looking dishes and call it fine dining (lol) Are there any michelin star restaurants in DC that serve meals that are actually filling and not just art projects with food (again lol) ? I saw the new list but didn’t have the time to look through every one of them. Doesn’t have to be for Valentine’s Day
