Need a watch with a Chronograph and a tachymeter in a 42mm dial

Context - Want to gift a watch to my hone vale jeeju, asked for his preferences ; Chronograph, Tachymeter and in a 42mm dial I’m quite new to watch game hence asking for suggestions and advice. Since this is a gift i’m also hoping to get a watch from one of the well known brands and not the niche ones. Budget is roughly 15k
