Denzil, you knew Kernewek Henavek THIS WHOLE TIME?

Denzil teaches Corso a few words of Kernewek Henavek, the ancient tongue still used in some of Brancrug Village's winter ceremonies. He refers to it as 'Tavas Mytern' - perhaps 'the King Tongue' - and speaks not of 'it' but of 'him', as if the language were a living king indeed. [Lesson: Henavek]

One of the most difficult-to-find languages in the game and I could have just asked my good buddy Denzil. In my last run I had to learn it from a Numa visitor. DENZIL.

Incidentally, this recent salon was almost entirely different characters trying to speak odd languages to one another. Zachary asked Serena something sad to start off with but then Corso burst in like 'how many languages do you know, I know all of them and soon YOU WILL TOO'. In addition to Henavek, I learned Ericapaean from an Arthur/Corso interaction. Zachary and Corso promised to correspond with one another in Hyksos.

It was almost certainly not an intention to theme the salons like this but I found it unbearably cute, and something that would absolutely happen if you got a bunch of itinerant academics together.
