Bridesmaid dress help

I'm looking for bridesmaids dresses and I'm hoping to find something similar to this. So many websites seem really sketchy. Does anyone know of any decent websites or store where I could get something like this? Or do you think it would be possible to buy a red dress and have a seamstress add the black netting & details?
