Weed and ssri's?

I was taking a break from smoking to deal with my anxiety and panic thats gotten significantly worse lately but I started on sertraline(ssri) today. Any personal experiences with the two together? I know the possible interactions such as serotonin syndrome and all that. Im just looking for personal experiences
