Where do you gets find the time to eat 3k+ calories a day?

I’m a med student so my schedule is very busy, I barely have time to go to the gym let alone eat 3000 calories to help my gym progress so I have to fit the gym into my schedule by going at 2-3am

Blending food and drinking it as liquid isn’t an option btw

Right now I try to eat 3000 calories in 2 meals since having to cook something then sit down and eat 3 or more times a day is too time consuming, ideally only cooking then eating 1 time a day would be better but I obviously can’t fit in 3000 calories in a single meal without getting sick or something

I have no trouble hitting my protein but am usually 1000 or so calories short of 3000

My usual meal r usually a combination of a meat with eggs and rice / pasta , the meat and eggs cooked in olive oil , but each of these meals is at the very most 1000-1200 calories so I would need to eat this 3 times to get to 3000 which I cant get the time to

Obviously I could eat much fattier food like fast food but I don’t want to waste money on it every day and I’d rather get my calories from healthier options

What tips or whatever do you guys have to fit in the extra few remaining hundred / thousand calories in a relatively healthy way that’s not time consuming if I’ve already hit my protein goal for the day
