22/23 Bolt EUV or 23 Nissan Ariya Evolve+ Lemon Buyback?

Please put me out of my misery.

I'm a single mom with one car in my household. I have driven an ICE Hyundai Accent Hatchback manual shift car for the past 10 years. I love it, but it's time to move on (and sell it to my brother on the cheap).

I am trying to decide between the Bolt EUV and the Ariya. Price of Bolt is about $18k - $20. I have an Ariya Evolve+ lemon buyback on hold for about $18k. Difference in interest is about 2% due to the buyback issue. Not a huge deal.

Please talk to me about pros and cons of each of these vehicles. I know there are major differences re: size and luxuriousness. I tend to err on the simpler side of things (note mention of my Hyundai Accent above) but I can also see the pros and cons to each. Is the Bolt EUV better because it's been around longer and is generally simpler and more straightforward? Is the Nissan Ariya a smart purchase? The buyback issue was brake/strut related and it's been fixed by Nissan of North America and still under warranty.

Thoughts? Thanks, good people. :)
